Did you know… that in the State of RI if you violate this law the first fine is not less than $250 nor more than $500 and/or suspension of his or her driving license for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days.
Our goal…Is to educate everyone about passing school buses, to share important information and to keep our students safe
Also, this includes School Property, when a bus is loading and unloading on school grounds, the same laws apply!
